Online Support (Youth Programmes)

For more information and latest events, visit us at Instagram , Eventbrite & Linktree.

Our online support options are 'open door services'. This means anyone can attend, providing you identify as LGBTQ+, or, are exploring gender, sexuality, identity, and relationship diversity, and we can meet you on screen in the first instance.

Queer Connect : Youth Programme

QUEER CONNECT is free and open to anyone in the UK who is 18-25 years old AND identifies as LGBTQ+, or are exploring gender, sexuality, identity, and/or relationship diversity.

This is Rainbow Mind’s new online LGBTQ+ community for queer young people : a regular, welcoming and accepting space for LBGTQ+ people aged 18-25 to drop-in, share and explore mental health and wellbeing through mindfulness, creativity and conversation.

Our team is experienced in creating safe online spaces for young LGBTQ+ people to meet, connect, share and support each other. We even have a youth volunteer during each session to make you feel welcome. Oh, and we really like music, dance, art, movement - so expect some of that too!

During the session you will be free to share in a safe, relaxed and friendly online chat (no trauma dumping!), followed by interesting mindfulness activities adapted for the needs of the group and finally some useful takeaways, creative ideas and conversations!

The group will meet twice a month on Wednesday evenings (6pm-8pm), so drop by when you can and come back next time and help grow your own community.
